旦那様が独立し自ら建設会社を立ち上げたのは結婚間もない30年前。今でこそ安定した業績を上げているもののお人好しの旦那様のせいで経営はずっと火の車で苦労連続。「社長夫人なんて言うと聞こえは良いかもしれませんけど子供の給食費を払えないなんて事もありました（笑）」そんな恥ずかしい思いをさせた息子さんも今では立派な跡取りとして旦那様の下で働き結婚もして念願の孫も生んでくれた。「あとはもう、余生を思う存分愉しむだけだと思って出演をお願いさせていただきました」
